Recovery
This massage program is ideal for alleviating muscle tension and soreness after a workout. The chair tilts your body into a zero-gravity position, while airbags tilt your hips from side to side and apply a squeezing massage to your calves.
Relax
An invigorating program to warm up muscles and stimulate circulation. While airbags tilt your hips from side to side, a combination of rapid rolling and pummeling actions are applied to your entire back.
Refresh
An invigorating program to warm up muscles and stimulate circulation. While airbags tilt your hips from side to side, a combination of rapid rolling and pummeling actions are applied to your entire back.
Extend
This unique massage program features an inversion stretch on the lower back to release back tension and improve flexibility. The chair places your body into an inverted position. While airbags hold the shoulders and upper body in place, the leg rest lowers to bend your knees downward and stretch your lower back.

The $45 per month Zero Gravity Massage Chair Membership includes unlimited access to the massage chair throughout the month, based on availability. Members may book sessions in 15, 30, or 45 minute increments and choose their preferred massage program: Recovery, Relax, Refresh, or Extend. During each session, you may select spa music or a guided mindfulness meditation. Appointments can be booked in advance through Vagaro, and walk ins or same day sessions are welcome when availability allows. Memberships are for individual use and can be managed through Vagaro or with help from our front desk.
Membership changes, pauses, or cancellations can be managed through Vagaro or by speaking with our front desk for assistance. You can cancel or pause at any time!
You are always in control and can end the session at any time! If you need help from our admin team, you can easily call them with the push of a button!
Individual Services
All individual Zero Gravity Massage Chair sessions and wellness services are non refundable once provided. If a session is ended early by the client for any reason, including discomfort or personal preference, the session is still considered used and is not eligible for a refund.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented your session from taking place, please contact our front desk as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are billed automatically and are non refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Unused sessions do not roll over to future months and have no cash value.
Memberships may be canceled or paused prior to the next billing cycle through Vagaro or by contacting our front desk. Once a membership payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded or prorated.
General Policy
Peaceful Waters Counseling and Wellness Center, PC does not offer refunds for missed appointments, unused sessions, or early session termination. By booking a service or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Zero Gravity Massage Chair sessions are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medication. Clients are encouraged to work concurrently with their primary healthcare provider for any medical conditions. Peaceful Waters Counseling and Wellness Center, PC does not diagnose medical illnesses or prescribe medications.
If you experience pain or discomfort during your session, you may stop the massage at any time by pressing the off button on the remote control. Sessions ended early are not eligible for refunds. By using the Zero Gravity Massage Chair, you agree to abide by all Peaceful Waters Counseling and Wellness Center policies and release Peaceful Waters and its staff from liability for personal injury or loss of property. Your participation indicates consent to receive massage services in this setting.
